1. Accounts and Registration

You must register for an account to use most features of the platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Marketplace Transactions

AIMD acts as a marketplace connecting creators of AI artifacts with buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the agreement between buyers and creators. Creators are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their listings.

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

Creators retain all ownership rights to the artifacts they publish. By publishing on AIMD, creators grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use the artifact for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any specific licensing terms stated on the listing.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent transactions, or post false reviews. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all artifacts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that artifacts will work with specific AI models or produce specific results, as AI systems are inherently non-deterministic.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
