When you acquire a paid resource, the transaction is processed directly through Razorpay. AIMD does not store your credit card information, bank details, or CVV.
Once the transaction clears (which usually takes milliseconds), the resource is instantly unlocked and permanently added to your Library. You will receive an email receipt directly from the payment processor.
If you are a creator monetizing your resources, AIMD acts as a secure intermediary.
AIMD employs a zero-trust financial architecture. Our database only stores reference IDs to the transactions. Even in the highly unlikely event of a database compromise, no payment routing data or card data can be extracted.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once acquired. However, if a resource is demonstrably fraudulent or maliciously misrepresents its capabilities, buyers can open a Dispute.
Our financial moderation team reviews disputes manually. If the creator is found to be in violation of our quality standards, a refund is issued and the creator is penalized on their Reputation Ledger.
